How can I register? Online registration is open through the Run for Vaughan website (www.runforvaughan.com) until Wednesday May 23rd, 2012 (11:59PM). All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Can I register for multiple races? Due to close start times of the races it will not be possible to participate in multiple events.
Do we save money by registering early? Yes, you save money when you register early. Please visit www.runforvaughan.com to see the pricing matrix.
Will we have a choice of the type of Shirt we receive? All participants will receive a technical racing (wicking/dry fit) shirt. Participants can choose their shirt size online (unisex sizes).
Where and when can I pick up my race kits? Race kits can be picked up on Thursday, Friday or Saturday of race week, or in person on race day. Visit www.runforvaughan.com for dates, times and locations.
Which races receive medals? All participants receive a “Participation” medal in their race kits. Additional prizes are awarded to the top 3 finishers (male and female) in each age category for the 5K and 10K races. Please refer to www.runforvaughan.com for the age categories. There is no prizing for the 1km Walk.

Do I get my money back if I can't run? There are no refunds and entries are non-transferable
Can I get a friend to pick up my race kit for me? Yes. Please send a signed note OR the confirmation receipt from the Running Room.
May I register on race day? It is recommended that you register prior to race day. However you may register on race day. Please refer to www.runforvaughan.com for race day registration pricing.
My family is here at the start, how can I get them to the finish area? All Run for Vaughan participants and guests will be directed to the Finish/Warm Down Area.
Where do I park my car? Free parking is available at Canada’s Wonderland until 7:30am, if arriving later the regular parking prices will be in effect.
How will I be timed? The 5K and 10K races are timed by ChipTimeResults. You will receive your chip on race day. Please follow the directions inside the park to pickup your Chip. The 1K event is not a timed event.

Donations collected for the Vaughan Hospital can be taken to the registration desk on race day. It is however, preferred that you bring your collections to any of the pre-registration days – details of dates and times can be found at www.runforvaughan.com

When are awards and prizing given out? Where?
Awards for each age category in the 10K and 5 K races will be given out at the end of the event in the Finish Area located in the covered patio at Canada’s Wonderland.

Do walkers get a timed result?
No. The 1K Family Fun Run is not timed, only the 10K and 5K participants are timed.

Will I receive my prize/award after the event?
Wonderland Day & Season’s Passes will be available the day of the race, but all other prizes will be available for pickup 4-6 weeks after the race. Prize winners will be contacted by Run for Vaughan staff.
